    For Plan Managed NDIS Customers

    1. Get your support coordinator to confirm you have meal preparation included in your plan.
    2. Contact us via email to verify your details and create an account.

    How pricing works

    Customer pays only 30% of the total order. NDIS covers the remaining 70% (plus delivery fee).

    My Aged Care Customers

    (We are an Associated Provider for My Aged Care.) An associated meal provider for aged care is a subcontractor that provides meals on behalf of a registered aged care provider!

    (WE CAN NOT PROVIDE SUBSIDISED MEALS UNLESS YOU HAVE A REGISTERED AGED CARE PROVIDER)

    • Our Regular Size Meals from 300g - 400g
    • Our Desserts Range: 200g
    • Our Side Dishes Range from 300g-400g
    • Our Breakfast Range 160g
    • Our Soups Range: 400g
    • Large Meals Range from 450g - 600g
    • Our Family Size Meals Range from 800g - 1.7kg
  • 03. Are AQM’s Meals Fresh or Frozen?
    • All our meals are sold frozen for both pick-up and delivery options.
    • All our meals are cooked, packed and frozen on same day.
    • Although sold frozen all our meals are made with the freshest of ingredients and frozen for your convenience.
  • 04. How Long do AQM’s Meals Last for?
    • All our meals are given 12 months expiry since day manufactured.
    • All our meals come with Expire Date available on Label.
  • 05. Are AQM’s Meals able to be Refrigerated?
    • Yes, our meals can be kept in the fridge rather than frozen.
    • However, we recommend meals be consumed within 1-2 days once refrigerated.
    • If refrigerated meal cooking times must be adjusted. We Suggest starting with half the cooking time suggested on label, then added time if needed.
  • 06. Are AQM’s Meals suitable if Pregnant or Breastfeeding?
    • We always suggest consulting your Local GP if uncertain our meals are suitable.
    • We have full nutritional information including ingredients available on our labels or via our website.
    • All our meals are made with no preservatives, no food substitutes, no flavour enhances, no artificial colours or flavours.
  • 07. Are AQM’s Meals suitable for people with Food Allergies?
    • This is dependent on each individual’s allergy.
    • If uncertain about your food allergies we suggest you consult your local GP before consuming our meals.
    • We have full nutritional information including ingredients available on our labels or via our website.
    • We provide a large range of Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free/Dairy Free options.
    • All our Meals are 100% Nut Free.
  • 08. Is AQM’s Packaging Recyclable?
    • Yes, our plastic containers and cardboard labels are 100% recyclable. Can simple be placed in your general recycling bin.
    • We also use 100% recyclable plastic bags and reusable insulated cartons for delivery.
  • 09. Are AQM’s plastic containers BPA Free?
    • Yes, our plastic containers are 100% BPA free, Virgin Grade and Food Safe.
  • 10. Do you have to Pre-Order if Picking Up?
    • No Pre-Ordering Required.

    • We DO NOT have any specific Keto designed meal options available on our menu.
  • 12. Are AQM’s Meals Suitable for Bulking/Weight Gain?
    • Yes, our meals are suitable for bulking or weight gain.
    • We have several High Protein, Higher Carbohydrates and Higher Calorie Options.
    • Full Nutritional information is available via website and on labels.
    • We DO NOT have any specific Keto designed meal options available on our menu.
  • 13. Are AQM’s Meals Suitable for Diabetics?
    • This is dependent on each individual.
    • If uncertain about your dietary requirements we suggest you consult your local GP before consuming our meals.
    • All our Meals are portion controlled, calorie counted and come with full nutritional information including ingredients.
    • We have several low sugar, low sodium, and low carbohydrate options.
  • 14. Are AQM’s Meals suitable for the Elderly?
    • Yes, all our meals are suitable for the elderly.
    • All the meats and vegetables are cut into bite size pieces.
    • Our Smallest Meals Size is 300g
  • 15. How does AQM’s Delivery Service work?
    • We Deliver Tuesday and Friday weekly to all Metropolitan and Non-Metropolitan Areas.
    • Orders must be placed 48 hours prior to selected delivery date.
      Cut Off Times:
      Sunday Midnight - Tuesday Delivery
      Wednesday Midnight - Friday Delivery
    • A minimum order of $66.00 plus a $10 delivery fee is required for all Metropolitan and Non-Metropolitan Areas.
    • All Orders Must be Paid in advance either Online or over the phone!
    • You are not required to be home to accept delivery!
    • ALL MEALS ALREADY CALCULATED TO SPECIAL PRICES(E.G. $9.00 Pick Up - $9.43 Delivery)
