  • 02. Are AQM’s Meals Fresh or Frozen?
    • All our meals are sold frozen for both pick-up and delivery options.
    • All our meals are cooked, packed and frozen on same day.
    • Although sold frozen all our meals are made with the freshest of ingredients and frozen for your convenience.
  • 03. How Long do AQM’s Meals Last for?
    • All our meals are given 12 months expiry since day manufactured.
    • All our meals come with Expire Date available on Label.
  • 04. Are AQM’s Meals able to be Refrigerated?
    • Yes, our meals can be kept in the fridge rather than frozen.
    • However, we recommend meals be consumed within 1-2 days once refrigerated.
    • If refrigerated meal cooking times must be adjusted. We Suggest starting with half the cooking time suggested on label, then added time if needed.
  • 05. Are AQM’s Meals suitable if Pregnant or Breastfeeding?
    • We always suggest consulting your Local GP if uncertain our meals are suitable.
    • We have full nutritional information including ingredients available on our labels or via our website.
    • All our meals are made with no preservatives, no food substitutes, no flavour enhances, no artificial colours or flavours.

    • This is dependent on each individual’s allergy.

    • We provide a large range of Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free/Dairy Free options.
    • All our Meals are 100% Nut Free.
  • 07. Is AQM’s Packaging Recyclable?
    • Yes, our plastic containers and cardboard labels are 100% recyclable. Can simple be placed in your general recycling bin.
    • We also use 100% recyclable plastic bags and reusable insulated cartons for delivery.

    • Yes, our plastic containers are 100% BPA free, Virgin Grade and Food Safe.

    • This is dependent on each individual.

    • All our Meals are portion controlled, calorie counted and come with full nutritional information including ingredients.
    • We have several low sugar, low sodium, and low carbohydrate options.
  • 13. Are AQM’s Meals suitable for the Elderly?
    • Yes, all our meals are suitable for the elderly.
    • All the meats and vegetables are cut into bite size pieces.
    • Our Smallest Meals Size is 300g
  • 14. How does AQM’s Delivery Service work?
    • We Deliver Tuesday and Friday weekly to all Metropolitan and Non-Metropolitan Areas.
    • Orders must be placed 48 hours prior to selected delivery date.
      Cut Off Times:
      Sunday Midnight - Tuesday Delivery
      Wednesday Midnight - Friday Delivery
    • A minimum order of $63.00 plus a $10 delivery fee is required for all Metropolitan and Non-Metropolitan Areas.
    • All Orders Must be Paid in advance either Online or over the phone!
    • You are not required to be home to accept delivery!
    • ALL MEALS ALREADY CALCULATED TO SPECIAL PRICES(E.G. $8.00 Pick Up - $9.00 Delivery)
